Ready for Customs Grant Claim Form

Description

Use this form to complete a series of questions to enable you to submit a claim for Ready for Customs Grant.
 
Please assist us by ensuring your documentation is in order:

1.      The grantee company’s tax and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) details,
2.      Signed and Completed Directors Statement template is available to upload. 
3.      The following supporting documents, ready to be uploaded when prompted by the form to do so: A copy of
a.      the signed Employment Contract(s) for all employee(s) claimed,
b.      If the employee(s) were redeployed into a customs role, we require along with the original employment contract, an addendum letter on Grantee Company headed paper signed and dated by both the Employee and a Company Representative.
NB: All contract(s)/Addendum Letter(s) should clearly state the details of the Customs Role and the commencement date.
4.      A copy of the most recent payslip for all claimed employee(s).
5.      Proof of payment in the form of a bank statement in the name of the Grantee company for the same pay period as payslip provided.
a.      If wages are paid in batch, then please provide the relevant batch payroll listing with your claim. Please redact all other employee names except for the claimed employee(s). Keep the company name, date of batch listing and the monetary net pay values, including the overall batch total visible. This overall batch total should match the amount shown on the Grantee Company’s bank statement also provided.

If any of the above information is incomplete, your claim will be returned, highlighting actions you need to take in order to make a successful claim submission.

Notes on the Claim Process
  • Where possible, complete one claim for all eligible employees.
  • Any claim is subject to inspection and all supporting documentation must be maintained for at least 18 months from submission of claim.
  • Enterprise Ireland may seek claw back on the payment after 12 months if the new position created does not remain filled for 12 months or if the redeployed employee is no longer in position, and if the individual has not undertaken relevant customs training.

Eligibility

2 Grantee Company Directors (named on the Application) must have returned to us via DocuSign, the accepted Letter of Offer for Ready for Customs Grant Type to proceed with a claim.
